This section is critical to understanding how adminbolt operates.

adminbolt provides “self-hosted” control panel software. Once you download and install the Software on your own servers or infrastructure:

  • Zero Access: adminbolt does not have access to, does not host, and does not monitor the files, databases, emails, or network traffic of your end users.
  • No Processor Role: Because we have no access to your hosted environments, adminbolt does not act as a “Data Processor” under the GDPR or a “Service Provider” under the CCPA for the data you or your clients store on servers running adminbolt.
  • Your Responsibility: Customers are solely responsible for securing their own infrastructure, complying with privacy laws applicable to their operations, and legally handling their end users' data.

We only verify license validity through automated pings to our licensing servers (checking IP addresses and license keys).
